Generally your poncho will ship within one week after you place your order. We will not send a confirmation email, we will just mail out via priority mail. If you need expedited shipping please TEXT (do not call) me at 808-291-2529 to let me know what date you are trying to get the poncho by.

IMPERFECTIONS VERSES DEFECTS IN WEAVE

There is such a thing as an imperfection in the weave and that is natural for a handwoven product. Sometimes a string is floating through the air as they are weaving and it gets caught up in the weave. If you find this on your poncho try first to pull it out and see if it wont just pull out from the weave itself. You may need a pair pf pointy scissors to assist in this. Defects are different. They are apparent holes or sewing mishaps. If you find any of these, please email or text a picture and we will gladly exchange it for you.
